Byron Cade’s signature gift-wrapping is a gift in itself. Our talented staff can create the perfect wrapped package for you.
Enclosure cards are included with your purchase of a Byron Cade gift. Provide our associates with your own custom message or they can assist you in creating a message based on the giving occasion.
If you prefer, we can include your own gift card neatly wrapped inside the gift box.

Complimentary Local Delivery
Local delivery is the St. Louis area is offered complimentary for all Byron Cade gifts. Your gift will be hand delivered by our own delivery van to ensure that it arrives safely and on time. Gifts are delivered Tuesday and Friday and our delivery zone includes St. Louis City and St. Louis County. Please contact a Sales Associate for delivery availability questions regarding a particular location.

Services For You
- Byron Cade offers both in store and online wedding registry services.
- For in store registration, please contact a Wedding Consultant to make an appointment. Most in store registration typically last 1-2 hours.
- You will receive most of your china, crystal and flatware gifts in the form of a gift card. After the wedding, decide what you want ordered and what you want credited or exchanged. Sign and return cards. Any cards not returned within 90 days of your wedding will automatically become a store credit. After that 90 day period we cannot guarantee prices will be the same as when gifts were originally purchased for you. Completing your china, crystal and flatware patterns should be a priority since we cannot guarantee how long a pattern will be available. We cannot accept discontinued patterns for store credit after 90 days.
- Notes only Bride: We will send all gifts in the form of a gift card. This is helpful for out of state brides. For more information please contact us.
- We want to make sure you are satisfied with your gift, so we offer returns and exchanges on all gift from 90 days of your wedding date. Personalized gifts are not available for return or exchange.

Silver Engraving
From a silver frame to a baby’s first silver cup, there is no better way to commemorate an event, or personalize a gift then with engraving. Our in-house Engraving Artists can engrave most silver items. Engraving is only offered for gifts purchased from Byron Cade. Please contact a Sales Associate for details.

Returns and Exchanges
Byron Cade is committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns or exchanges on our products from 30 days after the purchase date. Wedding gifts can be returned or exchanged from 90 days after the wedding date. Christmas gifts purchased in November or December can be returned or exchanged until January 31st. Personalized items are not available for return or exchange.
